It explains the different things that happen in a player’s turn, from the beginning phase right until the end phase. It’s pretty easy to understand because they provide examples.
In the MTG website, Mike Flores talks about the impact “Cascade” can have on the tournament scene. He points out that the most cascade cards likely to be played are Bituminous Blast and Bloodbraid Elf, with Enigma Sphinx possibly becoming a huge seven-mana threat.
