Finale’s Guest Judge

(NEW YORK) Looks like we’re not the only country addicted to Project Runway: This season marks the inaugural of the show’s Philippines version, and Rafe New York designer (and native Filipino) Rafe Totengco has been asked to guest judge the finale on October 22. “I started watching the show on YouTube and became obsessed!” Totengco said. “I’m thrilled to be judging the finale, especially for the inaugural season. It’s going to be difficult though–these kids are really talented.” Totengco, who opened a Manila boutique earlier this year, will be judging alongside model and fashion editor Apples Aberin-Sadhwani and designer Rajo Laurel.

What would you be excited to see in the reunion special?

Revelations = 61% - 11 votes
Comedy = 28% - 5 votes
Drama = 11% - 2 votes

I’m not really surprised if most people wouldn’t want to see dramatic scenes in the reunion special, ’cause I myself can’t watch the “rival” clips without looking at the show directly. For the comedy part, it was really Philipp who’s good in hitting the punch line, and the hallelujah song number was really unforgettable.

I’m so sad that I haven’t seen the October 8 episode of project runway…super avid fan pa naman ako ng show…I see to it that I was able to watch PRP at its regular timeslot (Wednesdays) and during replays (Thursday and Sat)…but anyway my choice really is Jaz but unfortunately she was outdone by the now top 3 DESIGNERS.. Who do you think is the best remaining female designer?

Jaz = 83% - 19 votes
Mara = 17% - 4 votes

With only two remaining female designers, you voted for who you think is the best, and Jaz had a landslide victory over Mara. Though some have questioned Jaz’s sexuality. I’ve actually did some research, and one of the moderators from candymag forum said that Jaz used to be a ‘he’.
